Built because deleted email shouldn't mean lost email.

Companies running mail on shared or departmental hosting \u2014 Hostinger, cPanel, or similar \u2014 have no central visibility into what leaves or arrives on official addresses. An employee can delete a message from their own client, and it's gone. No audit trail, no dispute record, no way to answer a client's question about what was actually promised.

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 solve part of this, but they ask you to migrate off infrastructure you already pay for and already trust. Convicle takes a narrower position: keep using the mail host you have, and let a thin layer underneath quietly keep the record your business actually needs.
